What we offer

Free and confidential pregnancy tests

Because some of the women who come into the centre are unsure about whether they are pregnant or not we offer free and confidential pregnancy tests which are carried out right then and there.  

Counselling

We have a team of trained advisors who are available to talk to during our drop-in sessions and our out of hours appointments. All of our counsellors are fully trained and are here to listen and not to judge. 

Post-abortion counselling

We offer counselling support to women who are struggling to come to terms with post-abortion issues. Some women/men need support very soon after the termination whilst some need counselling possibly years after the event.

Under 16 Services

We offer a free pregnancy test and confidential counselling services to young people under 16. For more information on our under 16 counselling and free pregnancy test services please call us.  

Miscarriage and Baby Loss Counselling

We can offer ongoing support and counselling services for those suffering from baby loss or miscarriage. Please contact us to book an appointment with one of our trained advisors or see our contact page for drop-in times.

New Mum Services

We offer parenting support to single parents and couples. Offering free counselling services and also advice and guidance about services which maybe of benefit. We also run a free baby equipment service for families on low incomes.

Schools work

We have a variety of lessons on self-esteem, relationships and sex education that we teach in educational establishments. If you are interested in any of these and would like more information please contact us by phone or e-mail. 

Prison visits

One of our advisors provides counselling support for baby loss to women at a local prison as part of the outreach work being done by the Huddersfield Pregnancy Crisis Centre.
