These are all a normal response to what has happened. We are here to help you talk these things through. You and your partner may be upset in different ways. Some people feel powerless, some focus on being strong.
Maybe your partner is unsympathetic or you don't have a partner. This can leave you feeling very lonely and it is important to find support from someone. It is a particular kind of loss, however early your baby loss was.
It is natural to grieve for

- A relationship that ended before it began
- An unlived life
- The loss of your future as a parent to that baby
